About the Author
Jean Plummer
I have no idea why God appointed me as a messenger. I am retired and live quietly in a small coastal town in Kent, England. I am a Quaker and attend meetings in a nearby town. I also attend church locally whenever I can. Throughout my life I have not always attended church but have maintained a firm belief in God.
As a young child I was raised an Anglican and later in life developed an interest in a wide range of spiritual pursuits and philosophies, from east and west. I trained as a spiritual healer over 30 years ago and continued to practice healing to this day.
I studied business, including law, economics, sociology, psychology and English, and held various roles in human resources for many years until being appointed as an Executive Director on the board of a UK National Health Service Trust.
A severe back injury forced me to give up my corporate post and I retrained as a psychotherapist, loving the challenge of helping people in time of great need.

As part of my practice, I founded a therapy and personal development centre, which flourished. As well as seeing individual clients, I developed and taught programmes and classes in many subjects including meditation, healing, empowerment, and energy work.
Although I have had an interesting and varied career, with its fair share of notable highlights, I always felt that ‘what I came here to do’ was still in front of me, a feeling that was known to those close to me. That feeling persisted, even after I retired from work. Those feelings vanished when I began to experience the events recorded in this book.97
Within days I knew that ‘what I had come to do’ had indeed finally arrived. For reasons unknown to me I have been given this commission by God. I am both humbled and awed by the request and will spend the rest of my life doing my best to fulfil the promise I have made to the Lord in accepting His commission. I continue to undertake Lectio Divina and continue to receive and record God’s guidance to us for these turbulent times.
